ResponsibilitiesResearch foreign customer services and competitor benchmarking · support foreign account testing and post-launch maintenance · review translations and develop translation systems · support service expansion for long-term foreign residents · assist with planning services for visiting foreigners
RequirementsNative-level Vietnamese, Mandarin Chinese, or English; deep understanding of local culture and financial systems in Vietnam, China, or the US; ability to empathize with foreigners' struggles using Korean financial/admin services; clear communication; meticulous and accurate work; strong time management
PreferredPrior experience or strong interest in Korean financial services for foreigners; fluent Korean for workplace communication; protected employment status (national merit awardees, persons with disabilities)
