Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-15
Welcome to ChatDa. These terms describe what you can expect from us and what we expect from you when you use the service.
1. Accepting these terms
By signing in to ChatDa you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Who can use ChatDa
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must provide accurate information about yourself (visa status, language level, education, etc.). Misrepresenting yourself to employers is a violation of these terms.
- You may only have one account.
3. Your account
You sign in with Google. Keep your Google account secure — anyone with access to it can access your ChatDa account. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
- Post discriminatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or illegal content.
- Post spam, advertising, or off-topic content.
- Impersonate another person, company, or job poster.
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute job postings or member data without permission.
- Attempt to bypass security controls, abuse the API, or interfere with the service.
We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.
5. Your content
You own the comments, profile details, and links you post. By posting, you grant ChatDa a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute that content on the platform for the purpose of operating the service. The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where we're legally required to retain it.
6. Job listings
- Job listings on ChatDa are curated from publicly available sources or submitted by employers. We do our best to verify accuracy but make no guarantees.
- ChatDa is not an employment agency and is not a party to any employment relationship that results from a listing. Hiring decisions, contracts, salary, visa sponsorship, and working conditions are between you and the employer.
- If a listing turns out to be inaccurate, misleading, or removed, please email us and we'll review.
7. Service availability
We try to keep ChatDa up and available, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We'll communicate major changes (including shutdowns) by email or in-app notice when reasonably possible.
8. Termination
- You can stop using ChatDa at any time. To delete your account and data, email [email protected].
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, fraud, abuse, or legal requirements.
9. Disclaimers
ChatDa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that you will find a job, that listings are accurate, or that other users are who they say they are. Always do your own due diligence before contacting an employer or sharing sensitive information.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, ChatDa and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months (currently zero, since the service is free).
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms over time. If we make material changes we'll update the "Last updated" date and notify you by email or in-app banner before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Korea, unless local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
